Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Behavioral health, mental health, or human services experience preferred
- Entry-level applicants with a passion for helping others encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to remain calm during crisis situations
- Organized, adaptable, and ethical decision-maker
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

- Group facilitation or activity leadership experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with client admissions and intake processes
- Monitor client safety, complete required bed checks, and maintain documentation
- Support daily schedules, treatment goals, and therapeutic activities
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when needed
- Observe client behaviors and communicate updates to the treatment team
- Monitor medication line and assist with client needs
- Conduct intake and safety searches as required
- Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards
- Help train new staff and support unit operations
- Assist with facility cleanliness and organization
