Under direct supervision from the Journey-to-Recovery (JTR) Supervisor and/or Clinical Manager (BHP): provides assessment, facilitates groups, mentors clients, and provides monitoring and assistance for individuals with chemical dependency problems. Works in a withdrawal management, residential or outpatient setting to help create and support a safe, secure and therapeutic environment. Works with clients in the clinical programs and administers critical client referral care for medical and/or emergency treatment when necessary. Works closely with the Clinical team to ensure best outcomes for clinical care. This job class is treated as FLSA Non-Exempt.
