About The Position

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a full-time Geriatrician to join their team at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton in Hamilton, NJ. The role involves providing direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as participating in educational programs. The Geriatrician will work closely with a team of fellowship-trained professionals and maintain relationships with local nursing homes and senior communities.

Requirements

• Fellowship trained and board-certified in Internal Medicine/Geriatrics or Family Medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• Commitment to excellence in care and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Conduct outpatient consultations at assigned assisted living facilities.
• Participate in community-based and hospital-based educational programs.
• Maintain and promote relationships with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and senior communities.
