About The Position
We have immediate openings for a full-time Behavioral Health Technicians who are dedicated to making a meaningful difference for our clients. This position involves ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents at all times, providing direct supervision of children in care, and maintaining line of sight at all times. Responsibilities include overseeing recreation, mealtime, leisure time, and play, cooking and serving meals according to the facility menu, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment in common areas, kitchen, and bathrooms. Additionally, the technician is responsible for assuring that all residents are treated with dignity and respect, supervising resident medication procedures, ensuring proper medication administration, and maintaining client documentation. Familiarity with The Wood Group’s policies and procedures, including the employee handbook, is also required.
