Now Hiring a Lead Behavioral Health Technician for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in Dublin, NH. Avenues Recovery Center at Dublin is a residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Set on 11 expansive acres of scenic New Hampshire countryside, Avenues at Dublin offers a rustic and relaxed environment where clients can immerse themselves in their recovery - and emerge stronger, healthier, and happier than ever before. Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
