Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Supervises Behavioral Health Technicians and provides feedback on their performance.
Orients and Trains new staff to unit and program.
Communicates with staff either verbally or in written communication logs.
Assists with employee disciplinary actions
Develops employee schedule and conducts employee performance evaluations.
Assists with interventions with clients and confiscation of items.
Listens to clients and BHT’s concerning all areas of the clients’ treatment.
Coordinate activities including lectures, recreation and meetings with Lead BHT’s.
Attends facility meetings and coordinates BHT department meetings.
Other duties as assigned
