About The Position

As a BHT Supervisor at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, group therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 1+ years of mental health experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ months of supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Experience working in higher levels of care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct care of inpatient and residential patients.
• Provide patient supervision and support, provide structure/boundaries and contribute to implementation of therapeutic programming including behavioral intervention and bathroom/meal-time support; ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Lead or facilitate groups.
• Employ therapeutic interventions in order to maintain a safe, supportive and clinically sound milieu.
• Provide leadership and performance evaluation to direct report BHC teammates.
• Assist with ADLs and meal support.
• Conduct safety checks as ordered.
