About The Position

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of responsible employment
  • Prefer experience in Human Services or a related field, but will consider skilled individuals without prior experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of confidentiality laws governing the treatment of substance use and mental health disorders
  • Basic math skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Human Services or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support to clients/patients, including monitoring daily activities and responding to crises
  • Facilitate group education and structured activities, promoting client engagement and participation
  • Assist in the admission/orientation process, including obtaining vital signs and collecting necessary lab specimens
  • Provide transportation support for clients/patients as required
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure medication compliance and adherence to program policies
