We are currently seeking talented Full-Time Night Shift Behavioral Health Technicians & STNA's to work 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to patients as assigned. It is essential to maintain a safe and efficient working and treatment environment in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Effective communication with the treatment team is crucial to ensure that safe, quality care is provided to all patients. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will perform ongoing observation of the patients and the milieu to ensure that active treatment is provided and that patients are participating. You will also provide support and direct assistance to patients who are unable to attend to their activities of daily living, which includes assisting them with meals, daily grooming, ambulation, and toileting as needed. This role is vital in fostering a supportive environment for our patients and ensuring their well-being during their stay at our facility.
