Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for behavioral healthcare and commitment to supporting client success.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intake and orientation processes.
• Communicate effectively with staff through verbal updates and written logs.
• Provide direct support to clients and actively listen to their needs.
• Maintain a structured, safe, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention when needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate activities such as educational sessions, recreational events, and group meetings.
• Conduct mandatory bed checks and complete detailed shift reports.
• Attend shift changes, team meetings, and company-wide meetings.
• Ensure clients follow daily schedules and treatment plans.
• Monitor the medication line and support medication administration protocols.
• Transport clients to meetings, recreational activities, and other scheduled events.
