This is an opportunity to join a new program at launch and make a meaningful impact on clients’ recovery journeys. Position Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated PRN Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to provide as-needed support to clients and clinical staff. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, on-call work while contributing to a safe, structured, and therapeutic treatment environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license preferred
Prior experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or a related setting preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with client admissions, including paperwork and orientation
Document client behavior and interactions in shift logs
Maintain a safe, supportive milieu through regular checks and crisis intervention when needed
Support client activities, including groups, recreation, and 12-step meetings
Monitor medication line and assist with distribution under appropriate supervision
Transport clients to off-site appointments or activities as needed
Ensure adherence to daily schedules and treatment expectations
Perform other duties as assigned
