We are seeking reliable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our weekend team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment, ensuring continuous support for clients as they work toward recovery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or similar setting

Responsibilities

• Support new admissions, including paperwork and orientation as needed
• Conduct routine safety checks and monitor client behavior throughout the night
• Document observations and interactions accurately in shift logs
• Respond to emergencies or crises in collaboration with clinical staff
• Ensure a calm, structured environment that supports client safety and stability
• Assist with early-morning routines or medication lines under supervision
• Maintain adherence to schedules and treatment protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned
