Behavioral Health Technician Lead Full Time Evening

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Assist in training new hire Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) and delegating tasks to BHTs.
- Assist in creating and maintaining schedules, including staff, holiday, and outreach schedules.
- Provide shift coverage during days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled based on program needs.
- Verify client leave passes, monitor clients' plans while on pass, and check clients in/out as necessary.
- Conduct breathalyzer and urinalysis testing as necessary.
- Participate in peer support consultations as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
