Summary: We are seeking a proactive Behavioral Health Technician Lead to oversee client monitoring, facilitate interventions, and support treatment plans while ensuring smooth transportation to appointments.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a residential drug and alcohol treatment setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs.
Facilitate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) onboarding trainings and other trainings as needed.
Test and review onboarding and training materials.
Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and achievements.
Maintain a database of all training materials.
Conduct employee surveys and interviews to measure training efficacy.
Remain informed on organizational policies and procedures; able to answer questions from trainees during sessions.
Participate in work groups and engage in performance improvement of our organization.
Conduct competency evaluations for the Behavioral Health Technicians.
Perform other duties as assigned.
