The Behavioral Health Technician position is available in Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list, certified by a BCBA or BCaBA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services.
• Certification as a BCaBA.
• Certification as an RBT.
• Certification as a BCAT.

Responsibilities

• Work with children/adolescents who have behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Implement the Individualized Treatment Plan and behavioral plan with an emphasis on transferring skills to the client, family, and team members.
• Utilize research-based treatment approaches (e.g., ABA, CBT) as identified on the client's treatment plan.
• Collaborate as a team member with a master's level clinician (e.g., BCBA, Mobile Therapist).
