Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment
  • Knowledge of confidentiality laws in behavioral health
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret safety and procedural documents
  • Basic math and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to navigate electronic medical records
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and rapport with clients

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision, monitoring, admission, transfer, and discharge support for clients/patients
  • Monitor and document vital signs; escalate concerns appropriately
  • Oversee and accurately record medication administration
  • Manage OTC medications and maintain medication inventory
  • Document and track blood glucose levels; maintain related equipment
  • Conduct supervision and safety checks in accordance with established plans and procedures
  • Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing) as required
  • Promote a therapeutic, safe, and respectful environment at all times
