Position Summary We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to provide essential support to clients and clinical staff. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment while assisting clients throughout their treatment and recovery journey.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Assist with the intake process for new clients
- Maintain accurate client records through written logs and communication with staff
- Ensure a safe and orderly environment, including crisis intervention when necessary
- Facilitate client activities such as educational groups, recreation, and meetings
- Conduct required bed checks and complete shift reports
- Support adherence to daily schedules and treatment plan objectives
- Monitor the medication line as needed
- Transport clients to meetings, appointments, and recreational activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
