About The Position

Located just 15 minutes from downtown Columbus in scenic Worthington, Ohio, our treatment facility offers both Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs in a warm, welcoming environment. We combine proven therapeutic approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with expressive and holistic modalities to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BHT in a mental health environment.
- Able to work the schedule as above noted.
- Behavioral Health experience required.
- Able to pass a level 2 background check.
- Able to work - Monday to Thursday from 4p - 7p
