About The Position
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance and activities of Behavioral Health Technicians during the 2nd shift. This role involves supervising staff, assisting with hiring and disciplinary actions, developing employee schedules, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for clients. The supervisor also plays a key role in maintaining a strong clinical program and fostering positive relationships with both clients and staff.
