About The Position

Bourbon Community Hospital is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our Behavioral Health team. This full-time position involves working nights under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) to assist in ensuring optimal patient care. Our facility is a 58-bed acute care hospital that prides itself on providing high-quality care in a community-focused environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Nursing Assistant Certificate (SRNA/CNA) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days.
• Handle with Care certification required within 7 days of hire.
• Previous experience with mental health patients or memory care patients preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
