About The Position
The Behavioral Technician will provide direct care services for individual children to meet the child’s needs in a respectful, affirming, and dignified manner. Provide guidance to the Residential Supervisors in the Residential Program.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Plus two years of direct experience working with children required.
- Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and be able to drive.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule when needed
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Psychology or related field or sixty (60) college credits from an accredited College/University preferred.
- Bilingual - (English/Spanish) or (English/Creole) preferred.
