As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll be a key part of a supportive team helping adult women in a residential treatment environment: Maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment Support clients with daily living skills (hygiene, meals, medications, etc.) Lead or assist with therapeutic and recreational groups Teach emotional regulation, coping skills, and healthy habits Document observations and interventions accurately Perform safety checks (rooms, belongings, and grounds) Provide client transportation as needed Assist during behavioral crises and follow emergency protocols Track and distribute medications under agency policies Ridgeway provides high-support care for women living with chronic mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders.
