About The Position

This position involves providing basic patient care and constant observation for psychiatric patients. The role includes assisting patients with ambulation, toileting, skin care, and mouth care. A key aspect is maintaining constant observation of patients requiring safety watch, particularly those on suicide watch or who are confused, agitated, and at high risk for falls and self-injury.

Requirements

• BLS
• Must be able to perform basic patient care such as ambulation, toileting, skin care and mouth care as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with the psychiatric patient population within the last 2 years preferred

Responsibilities
