Behavioral Health Tech - Nights
About The Position
Presbyterian is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Tech to provide direct patient care, focusing on tasks requiring less technical nursing skills, under the supervision of a Behavioral Health Specialist or registered nurse. The ideal candidate will have specialized training or hands-on experience in direct patient care, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical support and a commitment to compassionate service. Presbyterian Healthcare Services is a locally owned, not-for-profit healthcare system founded in New Mexico in 1908. It operates nine hospitals, a statewide health plan, and a growing multi-specialty medical group, serving over one in three New Mexicans with nearly 14,000 employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS Required at the time of Hire
Nice To Haves
- Specialized training in basic patient care preferred (e.g. CNA, MA, military medical training, NA, NT, nursing student who has completed skills labs or has at least 6 months experience in direct patient care)
Responsibilities
