Tapestry in Lake Ariel, PA is seeking Full Time BHT's for Overnight Schedule: 3rd Shift Overnight Pay: $17 per hour plus shift differential of up to $1.50 depending on the shift you work Our Behavioral Health Technician is crucial to our daily functioning in performing tasks such as positively engaging our clients, supporting our clients with daily treatment programming, and other fulfilling tasks. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Some Mental Health experience but this can be an entry level role.

Responsibilities

Assist with intake process with new clients into program.
Communicates with staff either verbally or in communication logs, responsible for detail client logs.
Listens to clients concerning all areas of treatment, maintains safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention.
Coordinates activities.
Mandatory bed checks conducted as required per department, complete bed-check sheet for shift reporting.
Ensures client schedule is being followed daily.
Assisting with interventions with clients.
Follows objectives of treatment plans.
Monitor medication line.
Responsible for conducting searches upon intake, or required searches.
Monitors treatment for necessary safety and medical needs.
Upholds Therapeutic Boundaries and Staff Code of Ethics.
