About The Position

Our mission is to inspire and empower people to seek and maintain recovery and health. Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. is a mission driven, comprehensive community provider of culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse services. Responsible for providing support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers through providing direct and indirect care. FBC is a 24-hour Residential Service, open 365 days a year. Potential for full-time, part-time or, PRN (on-call as needed), based on facility need.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required with a minimum of 1-year experience with the population served and/or crisis experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in reading, speaking, and writing.

Nice To Haves

• AA degree or a BS/ BA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and monitoring of each consumer.
• Assist with and model appropriate daily living skills.
• Document any reported or observed symptoms of consumers and report to the team.
• Participate in Shift Report
• Provide transportation.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
