We are currently seeking Behavioral Health Technician Drivers to support our clients and staff. The Behavioral Health Technician Driver is an integral part of our clients’ well-being and our daily operations. The BHT is the frontline support to our clients, going through every motion of the day with our clients. Requirements

High School Diploma required
Valid driver’s license in state of hire with safe driving record
Current CPR, AED and First Aid required

Nice To Haves

Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience

Responsibilities

Complete the intake process with new clients into program
Maintains client documentation
Observe an document client self-administration of medication as applicable
Coordination of client activities
Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
Provide client transportation
Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention
Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
Assists with the dietary needs of clients
Transport clients to and from specified locations within expected time frames
Supervise and support clients while transporting
Maintain all necessary documentation associated with services provided
Complete all required trainings
Other duties as assigned
