About The Position

This position functions as a supervisory clinical member of a multidisciplinary service team that provides behavioral health treatment with a focus on substance use disorders to adolescents and their families. Provide a continuity of program services in an ethical, legal, and moral manner within a safe therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of behavioral health and substance use disorder services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.

Requirements

• Master degree in counseling, psychology, social work or another related field preferred.
• Illinois clinical license is preferred LPC, LSW. If possess a Bachelor degree, then must be in a Master prepared program.
• Certified Alcohol and other Drug Counselor (CADC).
• The ability to supervise, communicate clearly verbally, write concisely and legibly.
• Counsel, edit, estimate, evaluate, influence, measure, observe, organize, plan priorities, summarize, and continual use of good judgment.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with others.
• Ability to perform in an ethical manner.
• Ability to follow written and oral instruction, and write effectively.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
• Provide oversight and direction to community based intervention and support team.
• Provide clinical supervision to team members.
• Complete requirements for review and signing of all required clinical documentation.
• Engage client families into treatment services.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
• Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
• Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
• Assume other related responsibilities as assigned.
