About The Position

Keystone Autism Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals we support. Responsibilities Include: Supervisory role that oversees the supports of adults with Autism in the community (home, school, work) Clinical role that develops and assesses Individual Support Plans (ISP) and provides behavioral support and skill building services for adults living with Autism Provides face-to-face, remote and administrative support based upon the needs of the individuals Conducts in-home assessments and administers psychological tools to assess each individual’s specific needs Promotes the use and application of Person-Centered Planning to develop skills within each person supported Monitors and evaluates data towards goal progress Benefits: Full time position Salary starts at $60,000 per year., may increase based on relevant work experience Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and more Generous paid time off program Tuition reimbursement available per eligibility requirements Career development and advancement opportunities Educational Requirements: (One of the following): Master’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or applied behavior analysis (ABA) Master’s degree in counseling (i.e. mental health, marriage and family, etc.) with at least 33% ABA course work Master’s degree in unrelated field and PA Behavior Specialist License Minimum Requirements: Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans Experience working with individuals living with autism Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly maintained and insured vehicle Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks Keystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. Requirements

  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans
  • Experience working with individuals living with autism
  • Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly maintained and insured vehicle
