Job Summary and Responsibilities Behavioral Health Specialist - West Broadway Primary Care Clinic - Council Bluffs, IA Extensive training and orientation program Assists with mental health and substance abuse patient triage and level of care determinations Assists patients with mental health and substance abuse system navigation Thrives in high-paced and active clinical environment, supporting patients in acute crisis situations
Requirements
- Master’s Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
- Must have an active license in state of practice - IA: LMHC or LISW
Responsibilities
- Assists with mental health and substance abuse patient triage and level of care determinations
- Assists patients with mental health and substance abuse system navigation
- Supporting patients in acute crisis situations
