Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
  • Eligible for licensure in New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, or equivalent track)
  • Active BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Ability to assess, triage, and respond to a wide range of patient needs
  • Comfort working both independently and within a collaborative team
  • Excellent documentation and EHR skills
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach

Nice To Haves

  • Fully licensed in NH
  • Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment
  • Experience in integrated or community health settings

Responsibilities

  • Conduct mental health assessments and provide individual and group therapy
  • Provide crisis intervention and “warm welcome” support for patients in need
  • Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to address mental health and substance use concerns
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support continuity of care through referrals and follow-up
