About The Position
The position involves providing emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling for various age groups including Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Older Adults, along with their significant others. The role requires assisting clients in coping with a variety of social and emotional problems, providing information and referrals for financial assistance and supportive services related to treatment services, illness, disability, or trauma. Responsibilities also include case management, milieu management, completing psychosocial assessments, assisting in the development and re-evaluation of Treatment Plans, and coordinating discharge planning. Documentation and maintaining clinical records for each client during their stay is also a key responsibility.
