The role of the Behavioral Health Sales Director, Physician and Provider Relations is responsible for developing and retaining customer relationships to drive business growth for key hospital behavioral health service lines. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
  • 3+ years of behavioral health, facility sales/outreach, or related experience required.

  • Behavioral health specific experience or education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, analyze, and interpret market utilization data for market facilities' BHS service line, ensuring that BHS outreach priorities are identified in support of the vision and strategic goals.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and interpret market demographics, including population, age, gender, race, and projected trends for both psychiatrists and patient populations for the assigned facilities, markets and or state.
  • Conduct crucial conversations of BHS attributes, processes, and outcomes to consumers, physicians, and market facilities' groups/individuals.
  • Develop growth and retention strategies for target markets and facility psychiatric medical staff.
  • Develop goals and timelines for closing new or enhanced key provider and physician service opportunities.
  • Present and gain support and commitment from market(s) leaders, facility leaders, related medical staff leadership, and outpatient service leaders for the BHS market vision and growth plans.
