Requirements
- 1 Year Behavioral Health Experience Required
- Active Unencumbered RN License in State of Louisiana
- Active BLS and CPI Certifications (non-violent crisis intervention)
Responsibilities
- Assures care provided demonstrates the ANA standards for care and utilizes evidence-based practice.
- Collaborates in the development and implementation of the treatment program.
- Participates in the planning, coordinating, and documenting total patient care along with the multidisciplinary team.
- Accurately reports and records the patient’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
- Completes, maintains, and submits accurate and relevant clinical notes.
- Assists the patient with activities of daily living
- Serve as the Medication Nurse as needed.
- Teamwork is essential.
