About The Position

As a member of the Patient Care Services team, the Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit Registered Nurse cares for patients ranging from adolescents to adults with acute and acute on chronic psychiatric disorders.

Requirements

• Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ADN / BSN required)
• 1-2 years experience in mental health preferred

Responsibilities

• Integrates best practices and current evidence-based practices for the delivery of optimal healthcare
• Utilizes data to improve quality, safety, and a healthy social environment.
• Incorporates informatics and technology to communicate, manage information, mitigate errors, and support decision-making
• Ability to achieve competency in Intravenous Therapy, Suicide Risk Assessment, Psychopharmacology
