About The Position

Make a difference in a vibrant Southern Colorado community by joining a comprehensive team of professionals that provide integrated care at 12 sites which, together, provide medical, dental, obstetrics and behavioral health as well as two on-site pharmacies and labs. In addition to offering primary medical and dental care, PCHC offers outpatient behavioral health services to our 25,000+ patients annually. Retirement and Life Insurance Continuing Medical Education expenses and paid time off State and Federal Loan repayment (HPSA score is 23) The ideal candidate will have experience in providing short- and long-term counseling as well as crisis intervention, taking psychosocial histories, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, interdisciplinary care coordination, and report writing. Knowledge of and experience with a variety of therapeutic techniques and different patient populations is a must. Experience working with substance use disorders and children and adolescents are also a plus. Spanish fluency strongly desired but not required. Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) license preferred. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) will also be considered. We are not accepting Licensed Candidates at this time. About the Practice: 40 hours with mostly daytime hours and one evening until 7pm ½ time spent at our Homecare for Homeless Clinic NO weekends and paid clinic holidays NO call or after-hours requirements. Requirements
