About The Position

Behavioral Health Provider – One Health (Sheridan, WY) Full-Time | Monday–Friday Salary: $81,935–$92,599/year (DOE) Join Our Team as a Behavioral Health Provider at One Health! One Health in Sheridan, Wyoming is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our integrated care team. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Licensed in Wyoming as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Experience with individual therapy and treatment plans
• BLS certification upon hire
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience in community or behavioral health
• Experience working with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within your licensed scope
• Provide therapy, preventive guidance, case management, and specialty referrals
• Consult with primary care and care team members to support comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
• Participate in community outreach, education, and integrated care initiatives
