To help further the mission of Harbor, we are looking for a talented Behavioral Health Provider for Primary Care (LICSW, LMHC or LFMT) to join our Behavioral Health team at the Harbor Community Health Center in Plymouth! Position is located at the Harbor Community Health Center-Plymouth, a federally qualified community health center (FQHC.)
