About The Position

Living Innovations is seeking a dedicated Behavior Health Professional to join our team! We provide compassionate, individualized care to children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In this role, you will work directly with children with IDD to develop positive behavior strategies, collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to create a comprehensive support system, and utilize evidence-based practices to promote emotional well-being and skill development. This position allows you to make a lasting impact on the lives of these incredible children.

Requirements

• A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
• Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.

• BHP Certification (starting salary of $19 if certified)
