Your Role as a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse: Visit patients in their homes to provide skilled nursing care focused on mental and behavioral health. Follow the patient’s care plan to address their physical and emotional needs. Work with the care team to create and update patient care plans. Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition to the clinical team. Support patients and their caregivers by providing education and guidance to help manage care. Requirements

  • Unincumbered Florida Registered Nurse license (required)
  • Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral/mental health or psych nursing, especially with the geriatric population (required).

Responsibilities

  • Visit patients in their homes to provide skilled nursing care focused on mental and behavioral health.
  • Follow the patient’s care plan to address their physical and emotional needs.
  • Work with the care team to create and update patient care plans.
  • Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition to the clinical team.
  • Support patients and their caregivers by providing education and guidance to help manage care.
