We are seeking a Florida Licensed Registered Nurse who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals battling behavioral health and Substance Use Disorder challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience working in behavioral health, addition and/ or substance abuse setting required
  • Graduate from accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of Associate Degree
  • Current Florida State License as Registered Nurse
  • Knowledge of drug classifications and respective medication protocol
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Proof of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training or obtaining

Nice To Haves

  • IV & Phlebotomy proficient preferred
  • KIPU knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute prescribed treatments and medical interventions, including transcribing and administering routine and prescribed medications in accordance with procedures established by the Medical Director and Director of Nursing
  • Perform vigilant observation
  • Complete documentation of patients’ medical histories and current symptoms
  • Specialize in the provision of pain management treatment through the initial process of detoxification
