About The Position
We are hiring for: Behavioral Health Nurse / RN / Crisis Center Type: Regular If you are a positive and personable individual looking for a satisfying and fun opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and people facing mental health, and substance use challenges, join our team at RHA Health Services! This position is a member of a team that provides support, services, and treatments necessary to provide integrated care to individuals with behavioral health diagnosis or substance use disorders. Provides oversight and general nursing care and services to persons in a facility-based crisis/non-hospital detox setting. All patients are voluntary and perform their own ADL’s. No physical or chemical restraints. Average length of stay of patients is 5 -7 days. This position provides oversight and general nursing care to persons with behavioral health and substance use diagnoses our new Behavioral Health Urgent Care setting. Relies on education, skill, and judgment to provide quality services to the people we serve with limited direction and supervision. Ability to assess and address crisis needs effectively and efficiently. -No physical restraints -All patients perform their own ADLs -Minimum paperwork and documentation.
