About The Position
Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI) has an immediate opening for a Behavioral Health Navigator. This position will be based out of the employee’s home office, which can be located within the State of Oregon. The GOBHI Behavioral Health Navigator will work with members and community partners to ensure coordination of care for behavioral health needs. This position works with community mental health providers, primary care staff, and emergency department staff to ensure that members are able to navigate the behavioral health system, schedule timely access departments, help meet quality incentive measures and creates a seamless coordination system. This position will also assist clinicians within the care management team to relieve any member barriers to accessing behavioral health care as well as help identify various social determinants of health that a member needs assistance with and help connect that member with appropriate resources. This position will also serve as support to the clinical services team at the direction of their supervisor; this may include assisting with care management and utilization management duties as needed.
