About The Position
Provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff in the behavioral health inpatient unit. Assist in providing care to individuals with behavioral/emotional/mental health diagnoses. This position is responsible for ensuring that all therapeutic activities, therapeutic groups, daily schedules are being followed, and implemented while directing direct care staff in guiding patients towards attending their treatment goals.
