About The Position

The Behavioral Health Marketing Specialist at Admore Behavioral Therapy is responsible for supporting the Marketing Director in developing and implementing marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the agency's services. This role involves managing marketing activities, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring effective communication of marketing initiatives. The specialist will also track referral data, maintain promotional materials, and participate in various marketing events and meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Public Relations preferred.
  • 2+ years of Marketing and/or Advertising experience in a medical or behavioral health environment preferred.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Competent communication skills via telephone, email, and other messaging platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive in new and fast-paced environments.
  • Self-starter with project management skills and minimal supervision.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral health marketing or public relations.
  • Familiarity with various messaging and software platforms for communication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Director in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Track referral data and maintain promotional materials inventory.
  • Plan and participate in meetings and exhibitions.
  • Maintain databases and prepare reports related to marketing activities.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects related to marketing agency to community partners.
  • Provide overall support to the marketing department and assist with project management and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management monthly.
  • Work closely with management to coordinate day-to-day activities leading to project completion.
  • Create, edit, and publish marketing materials across various platforms.
  • Engage in marketing environments including exhibitions and internal meetings.
  • Establish initial contact with outside organizations.
  • Coordinate event budgets and manage expenses accordingly.
  • Develop schedules and assignments for individual events.
