In an environment of continuous quality improvement, the Behavioral Health Interventionist focuses on behavioral stabilization and behavioral intervention and will serve as a key member of the integrated primary care practice team, playing a critical role in serving the behavioral health needs of our patients and maintaining a safe and supportive environment within a clinical setting. The Behavioral Health Interventionist will collaborate with the Crisis interventionalist, Clinical staff, and Director of Behavioral Health in providing support, intervention, and assistance to individuals with behavioral health needs. Working closely with individuals, their families, and multidisciplinary care teams to implement behavior plans, promote coping skill development, build positive relationships, while promoting safety and enhancing the overall quality of life of our patients.
