The Atrius Health Psychiatry & Behavioral Health Fellowship is a one‐year, full‐time (40 hours/week) interdisciplinary program open to post‐doctoral psychology students working toward licensure as a psychologist, social workers who have completed a master’s degree and have obtained their LCSW, and counselors who have completed a MA in Mental Health Counseling and are working toward obtaining the LMHC license. The program provides in‐depth training in time‐effective therapy within the context of an integrative outpatient medical practice. Fellow’s practice and receive supervision at Atrius Health, a multi‐specialty medical group practice that provides health care to almost 740,000 adult and pediatric patients at more than 20 offices in eastern Massachusetts. All Fellows provide Behavioral Health care to a caseload of general psychotherapy patients, and will also choose a subspecialty focus on Addictions, Pediatrics, Trauma, or Women’s Mental Health. For the 2026-2027 Fellowship year, participants will be providing services via telehealth and in-person.
