About The Position
The Behavioral Health EAP Consultant II (Wellbeing Support Consultant-WSC) has the primary responsibility of providing a range of EAP and wellbeing services. These services may include health and wellness training presentations, critical incident stress debriefings, management consultations, reduction in workforce support, mindfulness activities, threat assessment team participation, working with Human Relations, Security, Belonging & Inclusion, and other Employee Relations groups as needed. The onsite Behavioral Health/EAP Consultant II position, although onsite, is currently in hybrid status at the client's organization in New York and New Jersey.
