About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a hybrid Registered Dietitian at Brattleboro Retreat, a 110-bed behavioral health facility in Brattleboro, Vermont. The role involves providing nutritional care to patients of all ages with psychiatric, addiction, and eating disorder challenges, collaborating with the clinical nutrition team, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Requirements

• Registered Dietitian credentials and CD in Vermont; RD's eligible for certification in Vermont may also apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills and ability to be a self-starter and team player.
• Ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in behavioral health nutrition.
• Familiarity with menu management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients across the life cycle, including children, adolescents, and adults, in alignment with their treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Nutrition Manager and food service operations team regarding meal provision and menu management.
• Precept nutrition students and dietetic interns.
• Ensure compliance with DOH/State/Federal and company standards.
