Our team is passionate about what we do, and we’re looking for a like-minded individual who is eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those who need our services most. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Sunshine Behavioral Health is the first line of contact for potential clients. CSRs respond to inbound and outbound calls with a focus on understanding client needs and offering compassionate solutions. They are a welcoming voice for potential clients, families, and referral sources, offering empathy and clear guidance through their treatment options. Successful CSRs are skilled at quickly building rapport and redirecting to guide clients through the decision-making process to help them identify the best support for their recovery or mental health journey. CSRs use a customer-focused approach to engage potential clients, provide clear information, and ensure that the journey into treatment begins with care and confidence. The ideal candidate for this role is going to be outgoing, driven, and dedicated to our mission. They will have the ability to build connections with prospective clients quickly through empathy, understanding, and trust. They have experience in roles with a focus on customer service and sales skills (including soft sales / upselling). This may include experience in hospitality, service, call centers, sales, or other customer-facing jobs. Growth opportunities include our Admissions Coordinator role, which is a type of inside sales role where doing what is right for our clients is our top priority.
